In doing so, we hope to support the Hospice to continue to provide their incredible care and services.

the inspiration

when my Nana Hazel first came out of hospital and into community hospice care, my grandad Hugh started taking me out into the garden whenever I visited and we began to find small moments of shared peace amongst the flowers.

These moments brought joy to us and our family during a time of sadness; and so while the flowers themselves will fade with the seasons, this collection aims to preserve and share their joy with others.

In doing so, it honours the lasting love shared between Hugh, Hazel and their garden.
